MAINTENANCE AND CARE

Our products are UV protected and require very little maintenance. To clean, use soap and warm water regularly. Stains may require some additional care. A mild bleach and water solution is recommended. A soft bristle brush may be used for all cleaning. We use high quality stainless steel. Our stainless fasteners and all stainless steel when put in a salt environment will eventually show some signs of corrosion. This can be prevented by routine rinsing or washing of the fasteners.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Malibu offers a 20 year limited residential warranty and a 7 year limited commercial warranty. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and starts on the date of purchase. We warranty our products to be free from manufacturing defects and structural failure. Normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse, incorrect assembly, staining, fading, chemical misuse, and acts of God are not covered. Our stainless steel fasteners are covered against structural failure but not structural failure due to rusting. Rusting is not covered in this warranty. The original purchaser is responsible for providing a proof of purchase to obtain warranty. Malibu, at it's own discretion, will replace or repair defective products. Shipping and handling is not covered by this warranty.
